An independent estimate

Box 3 Calculator is a free independent EXLA tool, not a Belastingdienst service. It estimates supported Box 3 situations using published sources and the inputs you confirm. Check important decisions against your tax return, official guidance or an adviser. It does not submit a tax return or claim.

Your responsibility for inputs

Confirm the tax year, eligibility, partnership, valuations and annual returns. A possible tax reduction does not guarantee procedural eligibility, a cash refund or a lower total assessment. General tax credits, Box 1 and Box 2, foreign tax credits and benefits are not calculated.

Future rules and availability

Proposals are shown as dated simulations and can change before enactment. The free assistant has a shared spending limit and may become unavailable; the manual calculator remains usable. Automated abuse of the paid processing endpoints is not permitted.
